Sapphire take on huge £1.3 million project under railway 3km long!
Our team have been working in Flaxby since mid-September on a whopping £1.3 million contract after the demand on the town’s water network had increased drastically.
Saving lives one step at a time
In July we launched The Sapphire Foundation, giving our employees the chance to put forward a charity of their choice for us to support. We have had an overwhelming number of nominations and we are very proud to have donated and fundraised for six charities since our launch.

In addition to the circular economies it delivers, the material is also waterproof, void less, extremely hard wearing, has zero waste, and is able to be heated and mixed directly at the job site.

Cyber criminals do not follow a 9 – 5 working day and we need to ensure Sapphire Utility Solutions is monitored and protected 24/7, therefore we have recently partnered with Sapphire Cyber Security to manage our security operations.
Promoting water efficiency in the community with United Utilities
Our team recently maintained and preserved local green space in The Wirrral by building and installing planters and two water butts. The water butts will fill up with rain water, reducing the use of drinking water and saving money.
Sapphire rebuilds 20m sewer over a river with Yorkshire Water
Our team recently completed a sewer repair following a storm which badly damaged its supports within the Huddersfield countryside.
‘Stop the Block’ in Wigan with United Utilities
Our team took part in the United Utilities Eco Action day to help Stop the Block in Wigan! We were joined by Ipsum, Storm Shephards, Wigan Council and Groundwork to showcase all that we do to help their local community have freely flowing sewers.
