Coaching our work experience candidates to be future industry leaders
This month we welcomed three budding young minds into Sapphire HQ to understand what it’s really like to work for the UK’s ‘Most Innovative Utility Contractor’. Ellie, Connie and Henri, relatives of our HR and Traffic Management employees joined our team for a week to learn about teamworking, develop transferable skills and understand how organisations work to prepare them for their future career.
Ellie, Connor and Henri worked within various departments including Procurement, HR, Communications and Customer Excellence within our Bamber Bridge office this month and we were delighted to showcase what we can offer as a business to potential employees as well as how we live and work through our company values.
