Sapphire has attended the 2018 Living & Working in the North West employment event, supporting the transition to civilian life for those leaving the armed forces.

A significant number of our employees are ex-military and as a result, we know that this transition can be a challenging time. The Living and Working in the North West event not only gives access to companies, but provides time for detailed discussion to help Service Leavers to understand their transferrable skills.

Our guys had a great day at the event and were able to talk to a number of Service Personnel, sharing their own experiences of leaving the Armed Forces and discussing how their skills and competencies could benefit them in a role at SUS.
