We are actively looking for two candidates with administration experience to join our busy highways department. Your role will be to support the managers and operatives in general office support.

Duties will include

Updating records on Excel

Creation of files and tracking of information

Dealing operatives – support

Monitoring work and some cctv footage

General support to the mgr of the department in a wide range of general administration tasks

Telephone liaison with internal and external departments

If you have excellent attention to detail and computer skills along with clear communication skills the roles are available for immediately interview.

Hours of work Monday – Friday 40 hours a week 8 – 4.30 ideally
