Customer Liaison Officer – Gas Utilities

Sapphire Utility Solutions are looking for a confident Customer Liaison Officer to Support their Gas Contract in and around the Leicester/Nottingham Area

The role of the Liaison Officer is to be constantly in contact with customer in the area that are going to be affected by work that our operations are carrying out.

You will be driving to various locations, speaking to customers in theirs homes, business premises etc to advise them of work to be carried out and the duration of the work. Previous Utilities Gas experience is essential in order to discuss the nature of the work.

Your hours of work need to be flexible between ideally 7 am and 9 pm. You will be contracted to a 40 hr week however a candidate who is willing to work overtime is essential as flexibility in the role is essential. Some weekend working will be required.

This role is offering a competitive salary and you will have a company vehicle and fuel card will be issued.
