Role Profile:

Reporting to and tasked by the Supervisor & Civils Team Leader locally, Working on site as part of a team, you will be employed to carry out Civils activities including, Excavation / Sewer Relays / Backfill / Reinstatement, clear blockages etc.

You will assist in the Compliance Management of Civils Team and be responsible for on Site Civils Equipment.

Working Hours: 50 hours per week

  • Resolving problems / clearing blockages / excavating on known issues
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Complete milestone progress reports supported by photographs via our client’s system
  • Ensure Operatives in team are compliant in approved working practices
  • Ensure Plant and Equipment is used correctly and in correct working order.
  • Ensure all tooling is in good condition and calibrated in date where required.
  • NRSWA Unit 1-9, 360 Excavator, EUSR Cat & Genny, First Aid, Abrasive Wheels, Manual Handling.
  • You'll receive formal training and on-the-job training where appropriate - to ensure you're up-skilled as technology develops along with E-learning schemes to help or refresh skills on-line.
